When Heman and I started Circa, we left our corporate jobs because we saw a gap in the multifamily industry. We knew we could build a world-class rent payment platform and we knew it could make a difference. We could not be happier to share our passion with the Stake team. With Stake, not only can we bring our vision to the national stage, we're working with a like-minded team of spectacularly wonderful people.

Together we make it easier to pay and easier to collect. We can improve property performance for leasing, renewals, and on-time payments. Our Get Current (link to Get Current) solution can reduce delinquency and keep people housed. Imagine: end-to-end property solutions and renter wealth generation. Very few companies can do good for both!

When I look back at our journey, I think about the people. We got here together, as a unified and dedicated team. Heman and I always believed there was a better way to pay rent. I heard the voices of customers from my past at AIG, MetLife, and Swiss Re. Heman heard the needs of his own renters. We both know that a flexible, robust payment platform is the heart of a great customer experience. But, none of that matters without the team. The people who created Circa are passionate, from-the-depths-of-our-hearts, believers. We are thrilled to join another team of believers; together we can realize our dreams.
